7. All the staff that I met said welcome with a smile and conviction, the check-in was efficient and friendly, the lobby area though compact still managed to be light and airy.

10. The customer service began on the sidewalk as we walked in with a door person attentively asking if we needed assistance, that was followed up by the very pleasant (and efficient) check-in experience at the desk, to the comprehensive (and accurate) recommendations for local restaurants.
