1. All in all, beautiful hotel, 19th century luxury, stuffed service (for my taste), excellent location, and, if you don't want to be given the looks, be ready with some extra $$$ to start tipping everyone on your way in/out.

3. I must say that the New Yorker selection did have better desserts, both contained the Plaza's famous pastry shoppe macarons (not macaroons), which are by far the best I have ever tasted.

7. I've been to Italy twice and Italian Gelatos are hard to beat, but this spot have the best gelato I have ever tasted after Italy.
