1. its a very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and very comfy, though the service was so bad, it took us 30 minutes to check in, and the reception desk employees were so laid back.

2. , if you take my luggage to the room, do it while I'm checking in, seamlessly (like done at some other high-end hotels I've stayed); do not wait for me to start getting comfy, interrupt me, walk around the room without asking for permission and then wait for me to give you a few extra bucks for this extra 'service' I never asked for.

3. The Rose Club is darker than the champagne bar, it is however still opulent with lovely big comfy chairs and couches to relax in, and it also had a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

4. The rooms are huge for new York and we loved the decor, the super comfy beds, divine pillows and they were quiet (amazing given our location) on the corner of 5th avenue.
