Location is great for holidays as close to shopping and the park but this all depends on why you are in the cityThe service of the hotel is sub standard and disappointing considering the high standard they set for themselves and charge for:- the lobby is packed with tourists and could be managed better by hotel- no personal service anywhere.

10. I must say that the New Yorker selection did have better desserts, both contained the Plaza's famous pastry shoppe macarons (not macaroons), which are by far the best I have ever tasted.
