Mostly foreign tourists bringing their local customs - when I was having a drink in the lobby bar one of the women look off her shoes and put her bare feet on top of the cocktail table - the waiter was so aghast and a bit intimidated at this obvious big spender and it took nearly 30 minutes to request that she remove her feet .
