1. The lack of follow up and attention to detail makes this hotel definetly not worth the 5star rating.

2. I spent a couple of hours at the bar in the lobby trying many of the Champagnes on offer, I found all of the staff at the Plaza to be attentive and helpful, nothing was to much trouble.

3. Our room was great and we found the service to be very attentive We had a stone massage in the spa which was most enjoyable and relaxing .

5. Would stay there again but it was still missing that attention to detail that places like Le Bristol in Paris and the service that The Four Seasons in HK have mastered.
