1. While staying at the 'W Times Square' which I would HIGHLY recommend - a friend and I dropped in at The Plaza just to say we had been there.

4. The service could use some improvement- although I requested two beds in my room (as I was staying with a friend), they told me there were no rooms available with 2 beds, and that we would have to share a bed or put a cot in the room.

5. Our family group travelled from the UK and stayed in New York and as a special birthday treat for my mother and her best friend, I decided to take them for afternoon tea at the Plaza on the 08th April, Easter Sunday.
