5. I received a reply on the 5th stating that a note would be made on my reservation and that they received special requests on a daily basis and try to accommodate all their guests.

8. I don't mind paying a premium for a good hotel experience, but neither for business or pleasure does this hotel offer any value for the accommodations or the service, and the lack of attention to detail is truly disappointing.
