1. While some of what occurred was probably just chance, ie the problem with the door lock, the other issues with the music event and closing of services were certainly the hotels responsibility and we should have been informed about them prior to check in.

2. I have now dealt with the claims department that told me that there were no unauthorised entry to the room and that the hotel is not responsible for my loss.

3. In terms of service, I had at least half a dozen different encounters ( I will spare you the details more than usual for me, and more complicated) and would rate the responses A+,,nothing less.
