2. Services were exceptional, but my only complaints were that the 'adult' pool area did not provide a convenient trash can near by, so their was some trash lingering around the pool.

4. Everyone in the staff was friendly but without overdoing their job, the Starbucks in the hotel is very convenient, the towels are soft, the pools are nice (there is one adult only, and they pay attention so that no kids are around) and they have free citrus water all day.

7. We avoided high prices by bringing flasks of our own alcohol and we walked to Walgreen's and purchased some snacks (like other reviewers have stated, the location of the hotel is not convenient to any other food services beside other hotels).

8. Overall I would say that the Eden Roc is too far from the buzz of Ocean Drive to be a convenient headquarters for a South Beach party vacation and sadly it lacks the activities to be considered destanation resort.

9. To be fair, the beach boardwalk is very clean and safe, getting to South Beach on foot, is possible but very lengthy and not at all easly done as a convenience, hence poor marks for Eden Roc's location.

10. Breakfast in the outdoor seating area is a nightmare, we ate breakfast a total of 3 times here and regretted it all 3 times, but didn't have any other options as other breakfast spots are several minutes away, not convenient.
