4. Fitness cetner was a little cramped - hopefully they are moving the fitness center to the new Spa building thats under construcion.

Also, on the 2nd day, there was a problem with the electronic locks on our door, and neither us nor security could get into our room for about an hour, while I kept walking back and forth to the front desk to get new keys, carrying my daughter who really needed to get her diaper changed by this point.

7. My first room was disgusting and had 2 small beds, so the next day, they offered me a new room-- the A/C was broken.

9. Also the new tower has blocked a lot of sun from the site so only the 'adult only' pool gets sun most of the day.
