1. With the minor exception of one unfriendly concierge we had great service from the front desk staff, to the bartenders, to the waiters.

3. Services were exceptional, but my only complaints were that the 'adult' pool area did not provide a convenient trash can near by, so their was some trash lingering around the pool.

6. The buffet breakfast is high qualify but quite expensive and if you don''t get the buffet except to wait a long time for your food.

7. There isn't much around the resort except for other hotels and resorts but restaurants and shops in South Beach and Middle Beach are easily accessible by car (including a great seafood restaurant called Fifi's Place a couple miles north up the road).

8. The consensus of EDEN ROC, its great its clean and its staff were all friendly with the exception of the those working the cabana.

Pros:-Beautiful view from large balcony in ocean tower (new tower)-Affordable price ( compared to Fontainebleau, which I have stayed at several times)-Room was spacious with very nice bathroom Cons:-Unruly children dominate all of the pools, except for the adult pool, which only has about 30 chairs, so we never were able to go to it.
