8. Not so great-you have to pay for your beach chairs and umbrella ($15 for an umbrella, $10 for chairs daily plus gratuity)-a 22% gratuity is tacked on to everything-to get to the hot spots on Miami Beach you have to cab it (but they're cheap)-the beach was nice but there were jellyfish and seaweed, it could have been raked-If you are younger (we are 24), people sometimes give you dirty looks don't ask me why-the limited view rooms don't have windows that open Overall it was a great experience, a safe and trendy hotel in a wonderful area with really nice people.

9. -the nachos, strawberry mojitos & key lime pie at Cabana restaurant were amazing-Gia was nice for a fancier dinner-4 pools including an 'adults only' with a great view of the beach, I loved that pool-Beautiful interior including the lobby and lobby bar-Guest room with limited view still offered a small view of the beach for a good price-amazing service, great maids and doormen with lots of advice to give-the beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby-the room has an iPod dock for holiday tunes and charging-neat history, Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack stayed there and the elevators are original.

10. We also met friends at the Fontainebleau a couple of hotels down for drinks and the lobby bar area of the Eden Roc is just as nice, if not nicer, than the Fontainebleau.
