We were pleasently surprised to see that everyone we interacted with was extremely welcoming and polite; the location was unbeatable, staff fantastic, food was good and our maid was delightfull I don't know how she new that I loved Jasmine tea but every day she would leave extra ones for me I think her name was Lina; the rooms were very clean but they need a facelift.
