1. They were nice enough to remove empty water bottles and replenish us with new ones for the drive back to Orlando.

We were pleasently surprised to see that everyone we interacted with was extremely welcoming and polite; the location was unbeatable, staff fantastic, food was good and our maid was delightfull I don't know how she new that I loved Jasmine tea but every day she would leave extra ones for me I think her name was Lina; the rooms were very clean but they need a facelift.

3. We are already trying to find another hotel to stay at if we come back to South Beach next year, but unless they build a new hotel in the area, I think we are going to end up paying $550 a night to stay here for the location and rooms, and just have to deal with the lousy food and service.
