3. , couldn't do enough for us in all quarters fromroom service, pool , restaurants , bar and everything inbetween no matter where we where there was someone asking if they could assist or help ( even if it wasn't there department) such excellenty staff, we had a room by the pool which was beautiful fabulous bed and massive marble bathroom and wonderful lounge.

9. )For the rest of the hotel, what can I say? The pool was beautiful, although I wasn't very pleased at being promised an umbrella and bar menu the first day I tried to use a sun lounger, only for these never to appear, (clearly I wasn't tipping enough.

10. The hotel is beautiful; although I must say that having paid extra for the balcony ocean view was not quite worth as the view was not all that great, therefore I highly recommend that instead you pay for the package that includes breakfast.
