1. First I would like to explain that my husband and I frequent upscale hotels when traveling, however we are the average 'family'.

3. we would like to thank the entire staff ( you know who you are) from the front desk, restaurant staff who made our special dinner night wonderful, pool staff who were so friendly and fun conversations to the management who helped us out.
