1. I usually prefer smaller hotels but we thought the ritz might make up in quality for the crowds of a big hotel.

4. a bit conservative to my taste, and because the hotel is big, it naturally did not have very personal service (except in the executive club, were the staff was helpful and paid a lot of attention to us).

5. A nice big room with a comfy bed serviced perfectly with a nightly turn down-what more could you ask room wise? The view maybe? well ours was superb.
