5. a bit conservative to my taste, and because the hotel is big, it naturally did not have very personal service (except in the executive club, were the staff was helpful and paid a lot of attention to us).

6. I used to think they were equivalent in quality and service, but this Ritz Carlton is definately an exception and has changed my opinion.

10. We ate like kings for the whole time we were there, and splurged on everything, and for the 4 days, 3 meals each day, 12 meals total, we were charged zero, except for alcohol.
