2. , couldn't do enough for us in all quarters fromroom service, pool , restaurants , bar and everything inbetween no matter where we where there was someone asking if they could assist or help ( even if it wasn't there department) such excellenty staff, we had a room by the pool which was beautiful fabulous bed and massive marble bathroom and wonderful lounge.

5. I really enjoyed my stay at the Ritz, the pool and beach location were fabulous and the rooms were not tiny, old and cramped like the ones at the Shore Club and some of the other Miami hotels.
