3. The door staff were always polite and professional but one of the the older car valet guys was always breathtakingly rude, (I won't go into details because, frankly, his behaviour was so 'out there' as to border on the unbelievable.

9. I have just returned from a sales meeting event at the Ritz Carlton South Beach and I can say is that if you want to be treated professionally and with attention to detail then this is not your property.
