The bed,,, OH my goodness,,,,it was so warn out and broke down at the head of the bed, I actually slept with my head on the foot of the bed,, it has a down feather cover over it to try and help,,, way too soft and very uncomfortableThe veiw was nice as they gave me a partial up grade to ocean view at no charge.
