1. A BIG part of this is to keep my mouth shut about being a commercial photographer, but as this was also a vacation and I wanted some nice shots of the ocean from our room, I outed myself anyways and gave him a very Regis-like question: 'Are you SURE that's your final answer? Because I'd be happy to submit these to a few websites to show them what passes for 'ocean view' and then file a dispute with my bank and see if THEY feel this is an ocean view room' I was furious at this point, because the photos on their website for the ocean view rooms actually had a view of the ocean, not a golf course.
