1. The employees were wonderful, when we got there we wanted to see what the beach tower looked like since we booked on line and we booked ocean view (can't remember tower) but they had absolutely no problem letting us check out the other room and we ended up sticking with our first choice the ocean view it was amazing.

4. The Tropica restaurant is great with a fantastic beachfront location - wonderful to watch how quickly the sun sets while enjoying a great dinner there.
