3. This hotel treated us like family, the Bellman Ronzi was awesome, offered us chocolates that his wife made for him (which were amazing) and gave us cute roses made of palm trees to give to our friends and family, if that isnt going above and beyond the call of duty, then I dont know what is.

Because the Westin is beside the Whaler's Village Mall with everything from an ABC general store up to high end luxury goods stores and several good restaurants - you never feel like you are trapped on the resort and often we would walk over during the day for breakfast at Cane and Taro (awesome breakfasts) or go to Leilani's for happy hour (3 - 5pm with great pulled pork or battered Ono sliders and cheap Mai Tai's).
