1. The room was large enough, clean, not new but not dated either, comfy bed.

2. The next day comes and they tell us to have our bags packed as they would move our luggage into our new room as soon as it became available around the 2:00 to 4:00 pm time frame.

3. Another night my 11 year old got sick and threw up in the middle of the night (2 am) and even though there was no housekeeping on staff at that time, they sent up a security man with new sheets and towls and he waited for us to change the sheets and he took away all the soiled ones.

8. Do the luau at the resort; I was skeptical but ended up loving it, the food and entertainment were great, the bar was open, and you get seated with new people to talk to, which made it even more fun.
