The door to the connecting room was so thin we could hear them scolding the kids every day, the jacuzzi in the tub didn't work, the drain in the shower is industrial grade, the closet is not deep enough to accommodate your clothes, the carpet lousy padding and you can feel the undulation of the concrete under your feet, and there was spaghetti sauce on the wall that wasn't cleaned.

10. While it is a treat to go to a spa on any occasion, we would not recommend the spa at the Westin due to the lack of atmosphere, and more importantly, the staff, which, in the case of our therapist, was outright rude, insulting, and not at all interesting in trying to accommodate our needs.
