1. We enjoyed the quiet, watched the waves roll in, explored the hotel's beautiful grounds, borrowed bikes and rode to the beach, enjoyed meals in the exceptional restaurant, perused the offerings at the art gallery, and indulged in a spa treatment.

5. But before I get there, I wanted to also say that our reception/dinner was delicious, our server was exceptional and the cake was beautiful (and delicious) and the locations that we had to choose from were stunning.

6. Every night, except Friday, there is Live Hawaiian music in the Paniolo Bar from 6:30-8:30.

7. After being nickled and dimed to death on parking and safe fees and the like at OTHER resorts (I will also be reviewing) around the island that were just a tiny bit cheaper, I was pleased to find that almost everything (except food and drinks) was included at the Hotel Hana Maui.
