2. After being nickled and dimed to death on parking and safe fees and the like at OTHER resorts (I will also be reviewing) around the island that were just a tiny bit cheaper, I was pleased to find that almost everything (except food and drinks) was included at the Hotel Hana Maui.

3. Dinner in the main restaurant was also very good, with other cheaper options being in the bar and at the Hana Ranch (on Wed & Fri only) although the food and service at the Ranch reflected the cheaper prices.

4. We stopped for 4 nights in a cheaper Bay cottage then switched (as arranged) to an Ocean view sea ranch cottage with spa.

5. Eating in the bar is a great way to go, because you can order off the restaurant menu or the cheaper bar menu, and they have live music in the bar at night.
