1. This is a very nice hotel with a very warm welcome from the valet parking staff and those on reception.

2. 20am call on our first morning after an 8 hour flight - just to tell us we had a welcome pack waiting to be delivered, gee thanks for that) and when we had a problem with a leaking a/c making the carpet soaking wet, we had housekeeping arrive and remedy the problem within 15 minutes.
