1. Left the lanai doors open 24/7 never got hot or cool just perfect.

4. Although this condo had not been updated (except for new carpet) it was very clean, no bugs, cool old retro stove in an aqua color, but otherwise new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels,soaps, cleaners, we did not want for anything.

7. Go to the lagoon on Friday Nights for a great 10 minute fireworks display, its pretty cool to be that close.

8. There's a fair bit of street noise (Hey it's Waikiki, what do you expect?) but on the plus side it's always cool with the Full unit width, floor to ceiling sliding glass door open as it doesn't get afternoon sun.

Room has been recently remodeled: Nice fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops; Large tiled shower; vanity and bathroom closet with plenty of storage; great lanai with a really cool and comfortable wicker chair big enough for two plus a table and chairs; fake wood flooring that looks really good and tile in kitchen and bath make it really easy to keep things clean; New kitchen cabinets.
