4. The first impression of the Ilikai when arriving is that it is old and in need of a makeover, however the inside has been renovated and is in good condition.

In November, stayed in Unit 1629 Illikai, arrived from long overnight 10 hour flight from OZ was able to get early access, nice was impressed, first time in condo was to see the brilliant view over marina and ocean, good size room in all, bath and full kitchen with all amenities, lounge seat for 2 plus, was comfy, plus flat screen TV.
