4. Front desk staff got on the phone to call SpeediShuttle for us to be sure we knew how to find them (I did not feel this was their responsibility and we appreciated them helping in every way they could).

5. Now, I was staying there for our Marine Corps Ball and alot of people knew I was staying there- so people can just park and tell them my name and I am responsible for them??? The lady told me that the extra car was still there and told me to sit down and wait for the valet supervisor.

6. I did ask the owner if she would consider refunding the money (I do acknowledge the reservation was non-refundable) for the time we did not stay, and her response was I am sorry, I can not refund your money, I can not rent the place out now.

7. I asked the gentleman at the stand next to the elevater were something was in the hotel his response was I have no idea.
