1. Room on fifth floor have reasonable view are away from the street noise and quiet except fireworks on Friday .

7. You can drive to just about anything you are interested in very quickly from this location and it is easy to get in and out except during rush hour when the H-1 turns into a virtual parking lot.

9. Although this condo had not been updated (except for new carpet) it was very clean, no bugs, cool old retro stove in an aqua color, but otherwise new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach towels,soaps, cleaners, we did not want for anything.
