1. convenience store down in lobby was very handy for buying snacks and drinks (including alcohol), and there was an ice machine as well as a laundry on our floorWe used the pool most days and never had any issues, its not as big as some of the other hotels but we were happy with itWe never had any problems waiting that long for a lift like other people commentedOn our last morning we were advised our flight had been delayed for a day and reception were happy to extend our stay in the same room which was a reliefTour desk was touch and go - on the weekend the girl on the desk seemed more interested in chatting to her friends but the one during the week was really helpfulLocation wise - trolley stop right out the front to go into Waikiki (or back from Ala Moana) which was handy, or its about a 20 minte walk into the main area of Waikiki.
