1. When you go out to the pool, it is smaller than some of the other resorts, but why would you stay at a pool when 3 feet away is Waikiki Beach? That was the whole reason we came.

2. The rocking chairs in the front , the chairs at the veranda overlooking the courtyard and the atmosphere in the whole hotel is incredible and the only reason this is not a 5 star review is for the for the reasons at noted below.

3. Probably the worst part about writing this review and the reason it has taken me so long to write (a couple of months) is that I do truly like the Diamond Wing of this hotel.

4. The meals under the trees fronting the beach were great and reasonably priced and the entertainment was nice - thank you Princess Kaiulani for the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel.

5. Apparently it was on direct tv and for some reason - probably that of many complaints, it wasn't until the middle of the first quarter that we got a signal and the picture.

9. In my opinion, the resort fee here is reasonable considering the class of hotel it is and the expensiveness of Honolulu in general.

10. I would recommend the lunch buffet next door at Dukes which was very reasonable, only a couple dollars more than the local subway and Mc'D's and the food was fresh and outstanding.
