It was also pointed out to us that one of our guests had special dietary requirements we were not aware of before the reception and that the chef had come out and met with them and prepared something within the dietary restrictions, they were extremely impressed with this personalized treatment and asked that I pass on how pleased they were and how much they appreciated the hotel going 'above and beyond' to accomodate them.

6. As for the toiletries, I'm generally not impressed with the shampoo/soap offerings Westin has, but that's a highly individualized issue and not something I can completely fault Westing/Starwood for.

10. The rooms themselves were not the most impressive I've ever been in for the price, but clean and comfortable with good views of the beach (with all the things around to do you wont be spending much time in your room anyway).
