7. It took 3 hours to get our room and the comments overall from all staff we encountered said the same thing in different ways 'we don't care if you are happy or comfortable or if you stay here'.

9. (Room categories vary at the Moana -- we've been happy in the past in the historic Banyan wing, but room sizes can be smaller in that wing, and generally lack balconies.
