1. They seem to only care about accommodating the Wedding guest and overlooking everyone else.

3. I did not have any problems but I was aware that I should be careful as you should be anywhere you go.

4. One word of caution: It is open to the public and anyone seems to be able to walk through the lobbies and elevators so security is something to be careful about.

7. It took 3 hours to get our room and the comments overall from all staff we encountered said the same thing in different ways 'we don't care if you are happy or comfortable or if you stay here'.

9. We had to continually ask for room ammenities for the 3rd guest (towels, cups, robe, etc) and while those requests were always quickly taken care of, I got tired of having to ask.

10. Second room was nice but again we had to pay $500 extra to upgrade (even though we reminded them we were on our honeymoon they didn't seem to care).
