1. Rouge is a Kimpton hotel, and like others in this chain, has a definite personality and vibe to it.

5. They have a long list of items they will provide free of charge if you forget like a toothbrush for my friend.

6. This was because hotel holds the entire cost of the room, 100 dollars a day for incidentals and who knows what else, totaling some rediculous amount like $3000 per room.
