1. The hotel is conveniently located near Dupont Circle where there is a variety of restaurants to try, it is close to the Metro station on the Red line (Farragut North) and on nice weather days it is a nice walk to the Mall and all the sights there.

5. I stayed again at the Rouge, a conveniently located boutique hotel, for a business trip and again found them very accommodating with comfortable beds and rooms and nice extras such as coffee/tea starting at 5 PM and afternoon cocktails at 5 PM.
