1. I was travelling with my infant daughter and had called the week prior and to reserve a crib which I was told was not going to be a problem.

6. In addition my TV remote did not work and it required four people (two 'engineers', a supervisor and the front desk clerk) two days to solve the problem by ultimately moving me to a different room with a functional TV.

7. Second, there were some problems with the hotel wireless network during the meeting my organization held there, but they were fixed within a day.
