1. Beds we poor very soft,( if you have a back issue, dont sleep here), the pillows were worse alas, so we didnt get any sleep.

6. Room service was hit and miss, our dinner wasn't prepared correctly and our breakfast came with warm bottled orange juice but the staff corrected the issues.

8. Aside from the above issue, the room was attractive and clean, but had strange humming and banging noises coming from above us someplace which was quite loud and continued throughout out entire stay.

9. Both of these noise issues would probably have been less noticeable if we had kept our windows closed, but we wanted them open to enjoy the fresh air.
