1. Beds we poor very soft,( if you have a back issue, dont sleep here), the pillows were worse alas, so we didnt get any sleep.

3. Attention to detail was poor- dead flowers in a vase on a table in the hall outside our room, no hairdryer in the room, no safety tub mat in the shower, no towel racks in the bathroom, etc.
