7. I am typically not one to criticize because I like to give others the benefit of the doubt that an unfortunate event which resulted in a poor experience is just that, an unfortunate event.

8. unfortunately, we had a street-facing room, and the construction noise made an 'ideal' alarm clock for us - even though it started about 3 hours earlier than we would have liked to have been woken up.
