5. The answer for any issues whenever I called the hotel (if they ever answered the phone) to ensure our (medically necessary) room requirements would be handled was, 'Well, it's Comic-Con, we can't promise anything.

6. I had no problem with noise, it is a naval town so on weekends the recruits do let their hair down and the pubs would be busy, but no issue of noise near the hotel.
