1. There was no elevator so had to drag so many bags up the staircases, we were annoyed all night by a family down the hall running up and down but this was okay, what really got me was the fresh brown stain on the bath towels, a hair in the bath and the stains on the pillows.

8. There were water stains on the cottage cheese ceiling and the tub was slow to drain while showering and had quite a bit of black mold or mildew around the shower tiles and caulking.
