Service was also very poor: loud neighbors were ignored by management (made worse with paper thin walls), had to wait for 20 minutes to get my key when checking in, and we got no help with the internet - which turned out to just be spotty, but if you are going to charge for it, how about some service? The decor is ugly, the TV was old and broken, there was a giant roach at our door in the morning, we had to pay for the most basic things and didn't get good service even then (e.

5. The room itself was newly decorated (smelled of paint), but the vents were dirty, the hall had dirty dishes, and the door was broken 2 different ways and it apparently wasn't a priority to fix it to insure the guests' safety.
