1. Plenty of coffee with a coffee maker in the room but if you are a tea drinker like my wife then take your own teabags as its quite difficult to get hold of these when you're out there.

3. The property is a little dated and second floor room are a little difficult if you have lots of bags.

4. I was on the 2nd floor, and with the key problem it was very difficult to have to keep going up and down the stairs with very sore knees.

The pool closed too early, the restaurant was extremely overpriced, the staff was not at all knowledgeable about the area or their own services, the rooms were extremely outdated, there was no elevator, the ice and vending machines are difficult to get to and the shuttle service offered by the hotel to area attractions was non-existent or extremely inconvenient.
