1. The only positive thing about this hotel was that the room was clean and didn't smell.

4. The room itself was newly decorated (smelled of paint), but the vents were dirty, the hall had dirty dishes, and the door was broken 2 different ways and it apparently wasn't a priority to fix it to insure the guests' safety.
